How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Eightthousand Walk-In Tubs wants everyone who reaches out to be treated honestly and fairly. If something went wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Bring Us

You may write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or messaged Eightthousand Walk-In Tubs
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, it often helps to take it to the provider first and keep written notes.

Still, tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please note that Eightthousand Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@eightthousand.lat and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be another option.
