Our Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Eightthousand Walk-In Tubs wants eightthousand.lat to work well for everyone, including older visitors and people with disabilities. This statement shares our approach. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What We Are Aiming For
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Steps We Take
Our efforts include:
- Using clear headings in a logical order
- Adding text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Choosing readable text sizes and strong color contrast
- Making each page workable with a keyboard
- Building pages that read well on phones, tablets and computers
- Writing in plain, simple words
- Labeling form fields clearly and keeping forms short
Where We Still Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not yet meet these guidelines. Embedded tools and other third-party content can be partly outside our control. We check the site regularly and fix problems when we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of this site is hard to use, help is still available. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@eightthousand.lat and we will do our part to assist. A family member or caregiver is welcome to contact us on your behalf.
Tell Us What Is Not Working
Let us know where the site gives you trouble. Email contact@eightthousand.lat and share:
- The page or feature that caused the problem
- What went wrong and what you expected to happen
- Your browser, device and any assistive software, if you can tell us
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never done. As we update the site, we will keep working to make it better.
